It's this moment RIGHT HERE...

Their excitement and joy as they put that SOLD sign on the post. The smiles and hugs of excitement over what we worked together to accomplish. The tears of appreciation and love getting their "home is where the heart is" sign.

There truly are no words that can describe how I felt living these moments. I can't say it enough times, this is why I am a Realtor. #MyWhy

I am beyond lucky to have this amazing of clients. I am truly grateful for their trust in me to get their home sold and for the most money possible. My heart is so full!

Love you Morris'. Thank you so much for giving me these moments.

It didn’t matter that it was a rainy day, my sellers were smiling from ear to ear when they placed their pending sign on the post today!

While it was an emotional moment for them, they know this gets them one big step closer to their goal! I’m very appreciative to have shared this moment.

I’m so grateful to be on this home sale journey with these two amazing people.

More of their story to come! Stay tuned.

What a fun night!! Las week we went to Created By You Art Studio in Brentwood. The ladies were so nice, fun, and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and you can come back as many times as you want to finish your piece! The Thursday night that we went was "ladies night" and we painted a ceramic piece of our choice. I chose a cute little pumpkin and painted away! We didn't feel rushed to finish our pieces; it was a very relaxing and fun evening!

Check out the before and after of my pumpkin!! Location and hours are below as well.

I would HIGHLY recommend you go check out Created By You Art Studio in Brentwood. Pick out any piece you want, relax and have a great time! If you get a chance to go, let me know what you thought! I

This week's Oakley Broker Tour was short and sweet! We are here and ready!

The first home had a great, entertaining backyard, and the second, a fully custom home! Here's a sneak peek at the homes:

I enjoy going to the tour to get an idea of what is out there for my buyers. Previewing homes for my clients is something I LOVE to do. By investing time to learn about my buyers, their needs, wants and deal breakers, I can go preview homes for them, take a video of the homes they are interested in and send them over. That way, they can rule them out from their couch instead of wasting their time going to a home that is a complete NO. And when they receive the videos and a home or two are still a YES, we spend the time to go see those homes to

My husband and I decided that we were paying way too much for cable! We were in a contract with Directv and did not have a good experience with their On Demand; multiple times we purchased movies and it would stop to buffer or stop completely and tell us "please try again later" and kick us out of our movie! So disappointing when you are in the middle of a great movie!!! So we decided it was our turn to "cut the cord" with cable.

I started doing research on different streaming companies. I also reached out to the Facebook community and got tons of recommendations as well! There are so many articles and people we know that are convinced that they have the BEST streaming service!! So how do you know truly which is the best?

We made our decision
