Its no secret that I work along side my father; I have to say it's one of the greatest feelings helping our clients side by side! A lot of people find it challenging to work with family, but we don't find that to be the case. If anything we believe that's what makes our duo that much stronger. I believe our greatest strengths are how well we communicate and the vast knowledge we bring together, making your buying and selling process that much smoother! Doesn't hurt that we have fun while doing it too!

When buying a home, you will constantly think about what your "must-haves" are. For some people that's a bigger home or a particular neighborhood, a certain school district or a bedroom count. For me, the "must-have" was to stay within budget. I didn't want to overspend! But that starts to get difficult when you are looking at a few homes in your price range; one is the perfect price but only checks a few of your other must-haves and the other one, right around the corner is $15,000 more but has way more checkmarks on your "must-have" list and even a few on your want list! Do you pay more to get those other "must-haves"? It's tough! You then start to think what's most important?
