A few years back while at the Inman real estate conference I came across this crazy looking camera. This camera made by Matterport was supposedly capable of turning an entire home into one smooth 3-d virtual walkthrough. It honestly was hard to wrap my head around for a moment. After watching the tour being demonstrated I was hooked. 

The only problem? We didn't have the almost $5,000 it was selling for. How do you justify spending that kind of money on a camera was the average REALTOR® uses an old iPhone to photograph and sell the house?

REVIEW TIME!
When I got the call to sell Rudy and Francesca's house, I knew it was going to be bittersweet. This means they were moving far, far away. They said "we trust you, do what you need to do" and we put our plan it place; got it prepped, marketed, coming soon, and before we hit the market, we already had an offer in hand.

70 showings and 8 offers later, we helped leverage their position with an appraisal kicker and in writing, an as-is sale during the negotiations AND 107% list to sale price. So when we say there's a difference, we really mean it!

Most people don't realize that the body benefits from giving blood. You are not only doing something good for others in need, your own personal health is benefiting as well.

A few weeks ago, our team went to a local blood drive to give back to our community. Unknown to them, they would contribute to saving up to 12 lives! We made a graphic to teach others a little more about being a donor and its positive affects. Check it out!
